Another just got POP!!!

I was going to suggest the same thing as Dance did, just call back later and drop your last night or first night you don't want. I can't imagine them telling you that you've lost your entire stay for dropping a night on either end.

I'm so excited everyone is getting their choices, and to those who didn't keep trying! I just got mine this morning too and am SO excited I can't believe it, I felt like I won the lottery, lol. Gee, I get to pay more money to Disney and yet somehow I feel like I've won the lottery hmmm...

Well in anycase, this is certainly cause for a dancing banana or two!!

Well, thank you again disboards. I was trying to add my DD to our grand gathering. We have 5 rooms at the POP. Now they were telling me she could only stay at a MOD while the rest of us are at POP. She can not afford a mod and wants to be with the rest of the group, since she could only stay5 days. I booked her 10 and now she has room.

Can I cancel some of her days without losing her resrevation? As I said she is in college and I am sure she will not use all 10 days.

I was assured by the CM I talked to at the grand gathering line that the reservation would be OK, as long as you make the change before the 45 day mark.

Thanks, I'm so glad cocowum posted about booking 10 days instead of 9. It never occured to me to try that.

Now I need to worry about booking an Illuminations cruise.

Good luck w/ that ! Hmmm...I might need to think about doing that too, now that we are saving some extra money by staying at PO for part of our trip too. It's nice to have a bit of extra money to do some "extras" we usually dont do. We'll be at Pop for 4 das then POR for 6 - might do the carriage ride at POR.

I am so glad Cocowumm posted that too - its amazing how many helpful/moneysaving/cool things people have learned onthe boards. Congrats again!!
