really you set your goals and we are here to encourage you to them! i just noticed the New Year New You August challenge is a buddy challenge -- maybe that would be a great one to start with? otherwise just jump on in any active challenge like Lose 5 for August, August monthly exercise, etc -- or start a new one that suits your goals and you may be surprised at how many others will join you!!
I would go out and pick out a "fantasy" outfit that you'd love to wear when you go...hang it up and KNOW you'll be wearing it!
