Another "Is the crane gone post"

I saw a few pics floating around showing the crane over the Castle. Is it still there or do they remove it for the holidays?

The crane was visible most days during our trip last week.

It's in and out. We think we know why it is there. Fireworks come from the sides of the castle during the Christmas party Wishes. We think it was there for a while during the day to place the fireworks. It was gone a couple hours later in the day.

The crane is there because they're re-painting the castle, especially since they took down its "Happiest Celebration on Earth" decorations.

It was there yesterday and everyday we were there since Dec. 8. By late afternoon 2:30-4:00 it was gone.

That crane is still up? Wow.

It was up during our whole trip in late September-early October.

Crane goes down for MVMCParties. Crane comes up at dawn. Crane goes down when it rains or the wind blows hard. It must be a slow process to finish the castle refurb with so much crane-down time.

yep, it's still there. We watched them painting the castle. The kids were amazed by it.

Crane was still there on Fri the 15th. Also, DH was talking with one of the interpreters and they said it gets taken down most evenings. Since we've been home he has easily Photoshopped it from most of the castle pics, and that's saying alot since he came home with over 1200 pics on his cards!
