another I touch question

After a few conversations with family members it seems DD will be recieving a used I touch from her cousin. How do I remove apps and music before i sync it up to the small ( very small) I tunes account on my computer?

I think you just reset to factory settings on the computer.

when you link it to itunes on the left side you should see the device, click on that you will then be on the summary page where there should be a tab for restore you should see that under the Version heading.

Just click on that and it will restore your ipod touch to factory settings.

I believe, when you hook it up to your computer, it will say this Ipod is not synced with this computer, do you want to sync it with this computer (and all current loaded items will be deleted). Just click yes and it will put your stuff on and delete the other items.
