Just wondering about the kayaking (through the resort). My daughter wants to kayak with her boyfriend, he's 18, she's 17. Can they go together without us? How many can go on the same excursion? Can they be in the same boat? The DVC site makes reference to the charge for up to 12 year old kids being less if they are in the same kayak as an adult, just wondering if two adults can be in same kayak?

Dolphin tour (through the resort) - what type of boat, how many can go for same excursion?

Should I book these in advance or can we wait til we get there (going week between Palm Sunday & Easter). TIA

I've never booked through the resort, but Outside Hilton Head will let teens go out by themselves as long as the parent signs a waiver. They leave from the Shelter Cove area, a short walk from the resort. I believe that double kayaks are possible, but really it is more fun to be in a single kayak and paddle next to your friend.
