I have booked Hotel santa Fe for 2 nights through Expedia, can I still purchase HB Vouchers?

I think so...I can't se why they wouldn't let you as you are staying on-site.

I think your best course of action would be to give Disney a call on 08448008898 and ask them.

I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to. The only thing I would say is that it can't be booked once you are there so if you do decide to go HB make sure you book it before you go . We used HB+ last week and they were great, would definitely recommend them.
