Another great experience with MS

I called today about the latest Fall edition of Vacation Magic not coming yet. Marcus(I believe was his name ) told me he would get one in the mail soon. He also asked if I had recieved the latest vacation planner. I told him I was still waiting but was aware others(here on the DIS) had gotten theirs. He told me the last mailing would be on Oct. 13 and a special gift would be enclosed(the print).

He was so nice, a fellow DVCer himself who seemed to really enjoy his job!

So far I have not had a bad cm at MS.

I like you have never had a bad experience with MS. I like to point out when the exceptional times really blow me away because we dont seem to get that kind of service anymore in the world outside of Disney.

That is great to hear. I only wonder how many calls a day each one of our MS CM's take each day.

By the way, I'm outside of Winston-Salem, haven't gotten ours yet either.
