Another FP+/UT ticket upgrade question.

I must enter the ticket number to reserve FP+. Does this lock in the price of the ticket? Previously, we used our tickets, prior to upgrading in order to lock in the CGP. What now?

Reserving FP+ has nothing to do locking in the price of the ticket - it doesn't activate the ticket. Using the ticket to enter a park for the first time is what activates it and locks in the gate price for price bridging (which I assume is what you're concerned about).

Exactly.

If you plan to add days and are worried about selecting FP+ for more days than your UT tix one trick is to skip AK selections, as you really can get those last minute.
