another FP+ question

With my FP+ window coming up next week (yaaaaay!) I had one more question.

I'm going with a group of 4 people including myself and just want to get the run down of how this would work. So let's say this is a hypothetical, tentative set up below.

Person 1 & Person 2:
FP #1: Mine Train 9:30 - 10:30
FP #2: BTMRR: 11:00 - 12:00
FP #3: Space Mountain: 12:15 - 1:15

Person 3 & Person 4:
FP #1: E&A: 9:45 - 10:45
FP #2: Peter Pan: 11:15 - 12:15
FP #3: Mine Train: 12:45 - 1:45

Would person 1 & 2 need to wait until person 3 & 4 use their last fast pass in order to go for FP+ #4 or can person 1 & 2 go to the kiosk as soon as they finish space mountain, even if person 3 & 4 still haven't been on mine train?

I'm juggling working around a youngin' so obviously we all won't be able to ride the same rides, which is why we're splitting up. I don't want to stress over matching times for both pairs if it really doesn't matter, ya know?

Person 1 & 2 can book their 4th FP+ as soon as they're finished with Space.

Thank you both for clearing that up for me!! I used to feel like I knew the ins and outs of FP but now with the magic bands I'm so confused Thankfully this board has helped me out tremendously.
