another faxing room request question

on all-ears they suggest that you do it 4 days out after 4 pm
except for us that falls on a sunday and we don't have fax access

would we be better off to do it first thing monday morning or as late as possible friday night???

In your case, Monday morning is the best time (Friday would be too early). In any case, I don't suggest faxing requests, just put your requests on your reservation and that should suffice. -HM

Disney is open 24 hours a day all year long, days of the week do not matter to them. Time of the day does not matter. Fax the request. You're reservation won't download to the resort until five days out, but believe me FAX IT! I work at the Polynesian and I always try to help out the guests that fax. Just keep in mind that all your requests are based on the availability of the resort at the time of your check in.

I've never stayed in a WDW hotel. Do y'all mean requests like king bed, non-smoking, balcony. . . ? When I stay at hotels, I request these things when I book. Or do y'all mean room upgrades? I'd like to know for the future possibility of staying REALLY on-site (no more Wyndham "Palace" in DTD)!

Yes, aesalsa, they mean things like non-smoking rms, certain bldg. requests, connecting rms, proximity to bus stops, stuff like that.
