Another FastPass+ Question for tonight

Looking for some more help from you pros! My 60 day booking window opens tonight. There are 7 of us traveling, but only 5 of us have tickets as my twins are only 2 years old. I was playing with booking FastPasses today and I am unable to book for the twins as they do not have park tickets. Do I only book FastPasses for those of us that have purchased tickets? Are my twins able to go through the FastPass line with us even though there is no reserved FastPass for them? We went last August when they were only 15 months old but I cannot remember if I booked FastPasses for them or not! TIA!
