We are new to DVC, but the three times we have dealt with Member services have all been great. Today, I had to switch the reservation we made for my parents to go in October. I had figured out a bunch of dates that were ok for them, and worked for us with the points. Now - it may be just luck, but the first one I asked for I got. This was 8 months out at our home resort, so I must say that I am quite pleased (obviously Member Services has no control of availability).
The representative was very friendly, and made the changing of the reservation extremely simple. I was only on the phone a matter of a minute or two. That is good customer service.
