Another Excellent Member Services Experience

We are new to DVC, but the three times we have dealt with Member services have all been great. Today, I had to switch the reservation we made for my parents to go in October. I had figured out a bunch of dates that were ok for them, and worked for us with the points. Now - it may be just luck, but the first one I asked for I got. This was 8 months out at our home resort, so I must say that I am quite pleased (obviously Member Services has no control of availability).

The representative was very friendly, and made the changing of the reservation extremely simple. I was only on the phone a matter of a minute or two. That is good customer service.

They do run a top notch call center.

I guess for you SSR will be a bit like home!
 
I've always been pleasantly surprised when dealing with MS. Probably the best perk of DVC.
 
They always do an above expectations job for us

For example, recently booked a 10 night 4 resort hop which also involved Disney Reservation Points, using points from 3 different resorts (same use year at least), using current use year points and borrowed use year points and closed and unclosed contracts

The whole call took about 30 minutes but the CM (who was earning her ears as well) was very professional, explained all and was pleasant to deal with

I can't say that I have ever had a bad experience with Member Services. I'va always found them to be knowledgable, helpful, and pleasant.
