I had an item listed on ebay and indicated that I only ship to U.S., but someone from Canada did a buy it now.

They did a BIN for one item but want two identical items, but I only have one for sale and only had one listed. They said they would pay as soon as I sent them an invoice for two items. I also told them that I do not ship to Canada as indicated in the auction, but if they were willing to pay the cost to Canada, I would ship the one item there. However, they are refusing to pay until I send the invoice for 2 items. WTH?????:confused3 I only have one item to sell.

How do I go about cancelling this auction or can I do that? It is clearly stated that I only ship to U.S. I have tried to find this answer on ebay, without success.

Anyway, help me please cancel this auction.

I would find out the total cost of shipping to Canada and send them the invoice with the new shipping cost. If they refuse payment then you can contact ebay and file a complaint.

You can go into "My Ebay" and in the actions column, hit the drop down bar and there should be a resolve an issue button or you can go to the resolutions center. When resolving the issue, one of the issues is the bidder is in a country you do not ship to. That should do it.
