I don't know it just creeps me out especially if I was the one receiving the "call"!
I just think this auction is something which if used the wrong way could really be harmful---mind you it would be fun to anonymously tell some people off....what do you think? I think I've watched too many horror movies

Hilarious....I'm sure that phone call would really "soften the blow" with a strange European voice on the other end..."Your wife wants to divorce you" , like they wouldn't think this was your reason for wanting the divorce in the first place or "Hello..you are too old to wear tight mini skirts!" Yeah that would make me feel much better about it!

I don't think this is a European doing this. It just says this service has been available in Europe for a while and is now available in the US. Just like so many European TV shows that have been transplanted to American TV [with American actors and locales] anonymous caller has jumped the big pond.
