I've been working from home and sending out bills via E-Mail.
I type the Invoices (several pages long) on Word, some may be 7 pages long, that have to be on seperate pages.
My problem is when I send them out to myself to see what they are going to look like when they print out they are not on seperate pages like I typed them. In other words a new page may start half way down the second page and finish up on the third page....but that's not how I typed them.
DS says that the receiver will be able to print them out like I typed them on their own pages, that my E-Mail isn't formatted, whatever that means???
Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong and how I can see what the customer's copy looks like.
I think if my boss sees the bills looking like they look when I print them out, he's not going to be happy to say the least.
HELP!

Do you put a page break in between each page? If so the customer should be able to print just like you typed them in Word.

Yes, I put a page break in word while I'm typing. Why is it when I send the bill to myself it doesn't print out with the page breaks?

If you are emailing them to yourself directly from the document, it will be formatted in a diiferent manner than if you attach the document to the email. Try this, open your email, address it to yorself and attach the document. Then open the document when you recieve it, it should be fine.
