Another driving question please

We have decided to split our drive over 2 days spending the night in Beckley. From what I have read elsewhere this is the begining of the mountains, but where do they end???

Also if the sniper that has shot 2 people in Charleston is not caught would you consider taking another route??? We are coming from Canada and could take I-75??? Am I being paranoid???

We're leaving in a few days and we're avoiding W. Virginia completely because of the sniper. We're from the Buffalo area and have decided to go I-95. Better safe than sorry.

I-75 is a good drive, but it always seems to get hectic in some of the bigger cities in Georgia, with all the construction we seen on our triptik from AAA we decided to go down I-95 our last trip...I think it was 30-50 miles longer but possibly a better drive...

Yes. 3 people shot and killed at convenience stores in WV.
