Are there any discounts for the Encounter at Epcot or at Sea World. I tried to search, but I didn't see anything.

I think there was a coupon in the back of the 2005 Birnbaum guidebook - not sure about 2006. Also, if you are a AAA member or have an AP or Disney Visa there are often discounts of 10-15% on most Disney tours. Call 407-WDW-TOUR and ask about discounts available for the tour you want to do.
