Another Disney Park in Beijing??

Today's South China POst in Hong Kong is reporting that Disney will open another park in Beijing in time for the 2008 Olympics.

Dunno how true this is, but it sure sounds interesting.

If you read the article, you will see that Eisner has denied that they are *actively planning* another park in China. They are, however, discussing it with Chinese officials, and China wants it for the 2008 Games. So don't count on it, but don't rule it out either.

I'm pretty sure that if Disney could land an OLC type deal with China, they'd go for it. Not as much potential upside, but virtually no downside, as well. Nothing's official, but time will tell.
