Another dining question for a newbie . . .

We'll be at US/IOA the week before Christmas, staying at Cabana Bay. Hubby will be working pretty late each night (back to hotel around 6ish each night). We'll have the buy 2, get 2 park-to-park passes. Right now, parks are open until 8 pm Su-Th for the week we are there. My question is, if we wanted to eat at Mythos one evening, what is the latest they will take a reservation? I'd like to grab maybe their latest reservation so hubby can eat with us one evening without spending time on his one free day (Friday) for a sit down meal.

Also, how late will Leaky Cauldron and Three Broomsticks be seating people? Would it be feasible for us to go into the park late (like 7:00) and still be able to eat at one of these establishments before they stop seating people?

It seems like Mythos often closes early or at least doesn't take reservations into the dinner hour.

We had no probably going to 3B at 7 last night with an 8 pm close. My DD asked how late they take orders and we saw someone ordering at 7:45.
