Another Dining Plan Question

Just a quickie question regarding paying for the Dining Plan when we get to OKW. We are two families sharing a 2 bdrm. We've already let MS know that we want the Dining plan. (I think with 4 teenage boys in the mix, we'll make out great cost wise! THEY EAT SO MUCH! )

Here's the question, when we check in and have to pay for the dining plan, can we put the cost on two separate credit cards? One for each family, or will we have to put the whole cost for all 9 people x7 days, on one card.
Anyone know?

Each family should be able to pay for their portion of the dining plan when you check in. Kind of like when you purchase tickets when you check in. They don't go on the Key to the World unless you use the KTTW to purchase them.

I checked in with 3 friends a couple of weeks ago with DDP. 3 of us paid cash, one used her Disney rewards. The cm rang each of us separately so it showed the amount each paid.

The dining credits still go on the KTTW. The purchase cost and payment goes directly onto your room account, you don't have to have room charging. When I was there 2 weeks ago, we did not have room charging but we had the plan.

Not Valid for Charging

Should have explained better. The cost of the dining plan did not go on the KTTW card. It went on the credit card when you checked in (unless you paid cash or Disney Rewards or whatever).
