Another DDE ?

I ordered my DDE card 5 weeks ago, but have not received it yet. I called on Friday to check up on it and they said it was processed on January 26th. Even though it was processed, do you think I should have received it by now?

We have not received ours yet. There was another thread that indicated that the demand was more than expected and that they were behind on getting the cards out as it appears that only 4 people work in the DDE department.

I ordered mine Friday before MLK holiday. Have not received it yet. Did use the e-mailed letter last week with no problems.

Thanks, Tiffany. I should have read a few post down before I posted. Looks like a number of people are in the same situation.

One other question - When I signed up for the card, they said I could get a second card. I gave them DW's name. With the two cards, can you have two parties of 10 and get a discount for both parties?
