Sorry so long but today was another lovely day at the movies.
We had a guy walk out of a movie, Punch Drunk Love, after it was over mind you and said that he wanted to talk to a manager because the movie was awful, this is a movie which is doing fairly well, and while he waited for the manager he stood in the hallway and yold everyone really loudly not to go see that movie that it was awful, then he told my manager that we shouldn't even have the movie it was so bad
It really bothers me when people want refunds for movies that they don't like, especially when it isn't our fault and they get nasty about it.
We had a guy stand up in the middle of his movie, actually the same movie as above just later in the evening and yelled at the group of people in front of him that he wanted to kill their whole family then ran out of the theater, the cop that is there Saturday nights heard and ran after finally catching him and was trying to calm him down when the guy told the cop that he wanted to shoot some guy in the theater in the head, the cop took him outside and tried to get him to quite down when he just started yelling the cop had to put him in squad car to calm him down and gave him a ticket for disorderly conduct.
we also had lots of kids trying to sneak into Jacka*s, I was in the box office for maybe 15 minutes helping out and some kids cam up asking for tickets for it, I carded him and he gave me his id and he was 16, not old enough for an R movie, I told him I couldn't sell him a ticket and he looked at me confused and I told me that he was not old enough and he was like oh...
