Another Cirque Question

Has anyone else had trouble with the website for ordering Cirque tickets? I just tried to order tickets and after they already took all my credit card info and such then an error came up, something about the website. Now I am a little concerned cuz I already had all my info from my credit card. Has anyone else had any problem with this site? I am thinking perhaps I just should call them or have my TA make my reservations.

Couldn't make a booking so I never got the the CC stage. That said, the next day it seemed to be working fine.

Same thing happened to me. I never got a confirmation, so I tried the next day. I ended up with both sets of tickets. I called Disney immediately when I got the second set, and they took care of it for me. Be careful!

I had that exact problem on the Cirque website buying tickets for Varekai. I put in my cc, then it said tickets weren't being sold yet! I tried again a couple of hours later, and was offered the SAME seats, so I tried again and everything went through just fine. I haven't gotten my cc bill yet as this was last week, but I figured since it was the same seats I couldn't be charged twice...Good luck.
