Another Cabana ???

WHEN YOU CALL AND RESERVE A CABANA DO YOU PUT A DEPOSIT ON IT OR DO YOU PAY WHEN YOU GET THERE OR DOES IT HAVE TO BE PAYED IF FULL AT TIME OF RESERVING IT? THANKS FOR ANY INFO

Do you happen to know what time the Recreation Department opens?

I want to pay for our cabana before we go to the parks, so when we are done with the parks, we can just hop in our cabana and relax !

Are the open around 8:30am??

The one at Royal Pacific (fitness center desk) opens at 6:00am........it's amazing to go down there sleepy-eyed to rent a cabana and see all those wide-awake people running on treadmills already!! At RPR, you can reserve one any day before you actually want one though....you just have to pay for it in full to hold the ressie. And there's no refund if it rains. Don't know how the other 2 hotels work.

The HRH fitness center opens early! I suggest booking the cabana you want ASAP! Certain ones are very popular!
Also, there is a 24 hour cancellation.

We paid for our cabana, and then put our suits, water shoes, etc in the cabana, before we went to the parks, so we didn't have to go back up to the room for everything. We had a reservation for the yellow submarine cabana for 2 days, and we paid for both days at once. When we got to the cabana there was a piece of paper on the table that said "Today this cabana is reserved for the _____ family." They let you make your ressie months in advance; I made a reservation in Sept 03 for June 04.

Glad to hear they are open that early! And I may even pay the day before just to get it out of the way.

jlima ~That's a great tip to leave all our swim gear in the cabana, so we don't have to make another stop at the room.

I already have our cabana booked (#1) for October. I booked it for a Friday night so we have somewhere to sit and eat dinner then watch the Dive-in movie.
