Another BWV contract on Ebay

I know a couple of people had sold their contracts through E-bay and they passed ROFR even when below the going rate.

Do you think that DVC doesn't want to bother with the E-bay hassle?

I am glad E-bay doesn't charge by the word or this guy would lose his entire profit.

Not as good as it looks - buyer pays $445 closing costs plus 2006 maintenance with no points until 12/06. That adds about $900 to the deal or $9 per point. If you added on through DVC, you would get 2005 points.
