Another Building at Pop Century?

I was wondering what that abandoned building (20th Century I guess) at Pop Century across the lake was. It seems that they started to build it and quit. Does anybody know? We stayed there last May and our room was in front of that building..Not a great view but loved anyway.

From what I understand, the construction of phase two was halted sometime around 9/11. The good news is according to a POP manager, the construction is scheduled to start up in 2008, with hope to open in 2010-2011.
