Another Bounce Back Q - availability and timing

We are going in March but then also looking at another trip at the end of April. Would we be able to get a BB deal on the April trip? (The dates we want are covered under the 2016 BB offer). More to the point, is the availability the same as what I can see on the Disney site now - because availability right now seems VERY limited for the deluxe resorts. And finally - if you know you're going to do a BB, has anyone called in advance of staying there and gotten a BB rate?

You can get the BB as long as there's availability for the resort and category you want. They only have a certain amount of discounts per resort and if they are sold out online then they won't have a discounted room available. You might have to be flexible with where you are willing to stay in order to get the BB.

You can only get a BB when you are on property.

No. Disney allocates different number of rooms to each offer.
Though if the resort rooms are sold out totally, even at full price, then chances are slim a promo would have any. But if you see nothing for the Spring Promo online it means nothing to what they'll have for Bounceback.
The only way to know what is available with the bounceback is to call while you are there.
And you must have a current, active reservation to get the bounceback. They'll ask you for your reservation number
