Another Borrowing Question???

I have a 300 point contract so with the new restictions I can only borrow 150 points from that contract. How many can I borrow once I get past my banking deadline if I bank 200 from this use year?

Banking points into the next use year does not increase the number of points you can borrow from that use year. With 300 annual points your maximum to borrow is 150.
