another AP upgrading question

Sorry for another AP upgrade question. I have park tickets and MM purchased for our trip in September. I am planning another longer on site trip for June. If I want to Upgrade to an AP do I have to wait until I have used one of my park tickets or can I upgrade before my September trip? Also since I have already purchased the MM is that cost included in the upgrade?

Not sure about the MM question. You cannot upgrade in advance, that must be done at property but you do not need to use the ticket first.

What you can do and I would recommend is calling them up, seeing what an AP discounted room would cost and switching to AP if that price is better as you can buy an AP ahead of time and activate it when you get there. You can also get an AP discount with an AP but you must upgrade within the first 24 hours of check in or it'll switch to no discount price. Still work a call to see if switching to a AP discount would save you money and while your at it see if you can get them to remove MM from it. they can remove it although it'll be a long wait to get the right person on the phone if there is a legit reason and planning to AP upgrade with an aP discounted room sounds legit to me.
