OK.. I ordered Annual Passes from the UO website and had them sent FedEx. Got them, and it appears that I got actual passes and not vouchers.

They appear to be tickets with a spot for signatures etc. I had been expecting vouchers since we got Florida Discounts for the passes I assumed they would want to check ID etc...

Anyone have experience with these? Can we simply walk up to a turnstyle with them or do they still need to be activated somewhere?

Heading there tomorrow :goodvibes

I've been in line behind people with these tickets and the turnstile team member has the person sign the ticket right after the finger scan. Fairly quick method. I guess the ticket says something like "don't sign them ahead of time" since anyone can redeem them at the park and the start date is the first day you use them.

Sounds like the ap that we have. At some point you'll have to sign them. For some reason US is now requiring the sigs. For the last few years we've never had to.
Sounds like you can walk right up to the turn styles.

Thanks guys. We are going tomorrow as kind of an extra "get your bearings" day and staying at an offsite hotel. Figure we won't get there until afternoon so we can head to the park and there shouldn't be a huge entry line I would have to hold up.

Good to know about it not starting until the day we use it. I was going to ask that as well. Originally we figured we would have vouchers and planned it for this week so we could go same time (1 week earlier) next year on the same passes. Once I saw actual passes I started to worry that maybe the clock was already ticking.
