What are their hours at the Customer Care Center?

Also, when you drop off, will the shuttle take you to a theme park?

Sun: 06:00 am 06:00 pm
Mon-Fri: 06:00 am 08:00 pm
Sat: 06:00 am 06:00 pm

You can be dropped off at the TTC, which will get to quickly to MK and Epcot. I am not sure about MGM or AK, but if not, you could always take it to a close hotel (BW for MGM and then boat/walk) or AKL and then take the bus to the park
