Another ADR Question

After reading about some of the problems lately making ADR's with the new system, I'm wondering if you think it would be better to go thru a travel agent for them, or try to make them on my own? There are some that are very important to us - such as the Cindy breakfast at the castle that I'd rather not take a chance on missing.
Am thinking of using either Dreams Unlimited or The Mouse for Less anyway after recently reading a post about keeping the TA's in business.
Thanks for your thoughts.

You don't say when you are planning on going, but if you haven't booked your vacation yet, I would assume all these problems will be fixed by the time you are able to make your ADR's. Because these are Disney system problems (and only for certain dates right now), TA's must be having the same problems we are.

If you are interested in using a TA, I have heard lots of good things about Dream's, but I wouldn't think you would have an advantage ADR wise even if they were still having problems. :)

My Dreams Unlimited agent got all of my ADRs for me. I got exactly what I wanted at the times I wanted. I never had to waste even a second on hold.

I can't imagine waking up at 6:00 only to wait forever on hold.

Yes, but if your vacation is in just 19 days, there were none of the problems going on that the OP is referring to. :)

I think that's all the more reason to use a travel agent.

Why on earth would you want to spend all of that time on hold when your TA could do it.

I am pretty sure that TAs have a different number to call. They don't just call the regular Dining number.

They also have way more experience dealing with CMs than the average person.
