I know you have to buy a park ticket to get this deal. Do I have to buy a park ticket for every person on the reservation? We have AP's we will be using for this trip though. I know I can apply the cost of the one day ticket towards and AP renewal, but we don't plan on renewing them. We are going again in Aug. (after our AP's have expired). Can the February tickets from the package be saved for then? Do I have any other options besides applying them to a renewal?

This is exactly what we ran into with the 4/3 deal, which is why we didn't book it. You will have to buy a ticket for each person in the room (everyone must be on the same package), and the minimum ticket you can buy is a one day base ticket. Since you are not renewing your AP's, you can hold on to the one day tickets and upgrade them to whatever you will need on your next trip. (i.e., a 7 day park hopper) Our issue was, the best deals are package deals. (free dining, for example) Which means... you have to buy park tickets. So I wasn't sure when, if ever, we would use the one day tickets from the 4/3 deal. It would work for people renewing their AP's, but since we're not, it didn't work for us. Is your August trip room-only? If so, book the 4/3 with the one day ticket, and use them then to upgrade to whatever you will need for that trip. Hope this helps.
