Another 2TS vs 1TS question

When talking about those restaurants that are worth 2TS, is that only for dinner or for all meals that they are open? Does it depend on the restaurant?

It depends on the restaurant, but most are only open for dinner. Off the top of my head, I think Cinderella's Royal Table (breakfast, lunch & dinner) and Hollywood Brown Derby (lunch & dinner) are the only ones that serve more than just dinner.
