Annual Power Pass Questions

I am thinking about ordering the new Annual Power Pass and once I order them how do I go about getting them down at the park? Whats the procedure for getting them in hand? What do they give me? A paper pass or credit card style? So I will jut use this pass as my ticket?
If I use my American Express card will I be able to use the lounge?

If you use kiosk pick up, you simply go to the kiosk and enter your credit card that you purchased with and your confirmation number. The passes with be spit out. They are credit card size Tyvek passes that seem really flimsy but aren't.

Other people have said they were able to use the lounge by just showing their American Express card.
