Hi everyone! I am just curious how often you go if you have an annual pass? I got my first annual pass on August 26th 2001. The first year I had it my family and I went to Disneyland and California Adventure over 30 times. Of course we renewed them this past August. I have to drag my kids there now (ages 11 and 9), it seems me the mom loves it more. They really like it still, but I still think I like it more. I just thought I would share my love of Disneyland. Take care everyone!!! Kristy:earsboy: :earseek: :earsgirl:

It depends, we probably go 8-10 times a year, more in the off season but a few times in the summer as well. :)

We usually go at least once a month - those are planned trips. (We try to spend the night at least one weekend a month.) Then other times we will go for a whole day but go home at night. We have a dog and I hate to have to board him so if possible we dont.
We live in So Cal so it is easy for us to just "drop by" for a few hours if we are in the neighborhood. We do that a lot too - just to eat or shop or something.
I never get tired of going!
I hope I never do!!!

We go about twice a week! That's 104 times a year. So let's see...$199 for a Premium Pass (DC price) divided by 104 trips = $1.91 per trip! Maybe I complain too much! Oh yeah, I forgot about the $25 we average per trip for food, candy, drinks and toys. Now we're at $ 26.91 a trip. Still a bargain! The DLR Annual Pass is the best deal in town. We also have Knott's, Universal, Magic Mountain and Sea World annual passes. We only go to the other parks a few times a year but I have found that an annual pass is almost ALWAYS the way to go if you live close to the park.

BTW...my parents got me an annual pass to DL in one of the first years that they were offered in 1980. Dad says that they were about $150 each. You used to get them at Guest Relations over by the Kennels. I think they only processed five or six an hour! I've still got mine somewhere around here....

I try to go once a month. I will usuaully drive down and back in the same day.

If there is a DIS meet, then I usually will do Priceline to find a place to stay Saturday night.

I go about once a month, except in the summer, I went to WDW for vacation! I'm a stay-at-home with a 2 yr old and drive up & back the same day. About 1 1/2 hrs driving each way. It's a very long day by myself. But it's great! DH got a pass this year too! He actually took a day off last month and we all went together, it was great! Planning on going back soon. :teeth:

At least once a month. Plus a few extra visits in December for the decorations and a few extra visits in July ( I have a friend who always visits DL around the July 17th birthday and the NFFC convention.)

A grand total of 18 visits a year!

Not bad.

Larry

We go about 2-3 times per month.

I usually go there on March & October, but I'm getting a Annual Pass so I can go anytime.

I live about 20 miles South of DL and DH's office is about 10 min. away from there. We average about once every other week. Less in the summer, more in the winter, during the holiday festivities.:D Usually, we just meet up for dinner, when he gets off work, or go on a couple of rides. One of our favorite things to do is get some coffee or ice cream and sit on the porch (on Main Street) and watch all the people!!

larry_poppins!!!! Looooong time , no see!!! We head for our first DVC trip on Tuesday!!! Hope all is well and I see you again soon at the Park!!

I too have an AP but live in Kansas so I'm not as lucky as all of you living in California. We get 2 or 3 visits a year with ours, but it is the cheapest way to go expecially with all the discounts. We have APs to WDW also and try to get there once or twice a year.

I try to go twice a month. Sometimes more (usually more), sometimes less, depending on how busy I am. I live about 10 miles from DL. I go usually one weekend day a month and one week night a month, for dinner and a few attractions. :)

We have had passes since they were first available in the 80's! When we lived in SoCal we went at least twice a week, usually for a few hours after work (work was about 5 minutes away). Now that we live in Vegas, we go around 20 times a year. We've got a 2 yr old little girl who loves going (favorite ride = matterhorn!). All three sets of grandparents live within 45 minutes of the park, so we usually get to see them as well. My folks have passes as well, so sometimes we meet them there!

Twice a year before the pass.

Every other month since the pass.

We have been going once a month sometimes more. We are from San Francisco. Before we had the AP's we were going about 5 times a year. I used to go two or three times a year every year with my parents from the age of 6 months until I was 21. I still can't get enough. We brought my daughter for the first time when she was 9 months and to WDW for the first time at 18 months.

We were just there at the end of the month from the 24 th of October until the 3rd of this month. We were not treated very well down there by the so called "Angels" fans. I don't know why since my family and I are very welcoming to their fans. Sorry but they were hurling insults to my daughter in downtown Disney. We weren't even wearing anything Giants at the time a companion of ours was and we were sworn at boo'd and my husband almost got into a fight because one of the bright red clad Angel's fans said oh bleep bleep Giant's fan your bleep bleep kid looks like she's too old to be in a stroller still. Hello my daughter just turned three. My husband wanted to physically hurt him. Luckily my husband controlled himself for our daughter because my husband is a very big and strong man. Anyway the entire crowd shut up when we asked why their hats and shirts were so new and could they name the roster from last year (no response from the crowd) hello the average attendance was 16,000 a game compared to a sold out PacBell park. It made me so mad we were even getting flak at the park. Never seen so many so called fans that know absolutely nothing about baseball.

Sorry just needed to vent. Hard to be unwelcome in a foreign land. Especially when this foreign land is the happiest place on earth. We didn't let it ruin our trip we just exchanged horror stories with other Giants fans we ran into.
