Annual Passholder with Questions about PhotoPass/Memory Maker

I'm the only AP holder in My Friends & Family group. I have a few questions about the Memory Maker benefit. (I know it's not technically "Memory Maker," but you understand.)

1. Will photos taken of my immediate family members--but that don't include me--stay in my account for a year? In other words, if my kids have their MagicBands scanned by a PhotoPass photographer without me, or have a ride photo taken, do those photos stay in my account, even if they don't have APs?

2. If I want to view photos shared with me by another MDE account-holder I'm linked to, I assume I can only view them for 45 days, if he doesn't have an AP?

3. Can I download photos of someone I'm linked to, but who doesn't have an AP or Memory Maker?

Yes.

They will available for the passholder to view/download for 1 year.

3. Can I download photos of someone I'm linked to, but who doesn't have an AP or Memory Maker?

Yes.
