Annual Passholder Website

OK. so it has been over a year since I had an annual pass. I just ordered a new one and it shows on my account on the official disney website but I can not access the annual pass website or see any discounts and benefits. What am I doing wrong..... Its been a year since we last went to the world but I feel so confused!!! Argh!

Your pass is not active. It will not be active until you arrive at WDW and activate it.

Possibly you will have to call to inquire about resort discounts. Benefits can be found listed on other, unofficial websites.

I know that but in the past I could use the certificate to access the website and discounts. I was wondering if that has changed. Or maybe there is something wrong with the site????

I know what you mean. Not sure what is going on wither. When I am on the WDW website and try to access the passholder site, it goes to a blank screen. My pass was purchased on 10/10 and was used throughout our trip until 10/17. I don't know what's going on with the site.

When you go on the AP site clear all cookies, that helps log into it

thank you! that did the trick! Was able to access the passholder benefits and save$200+ on my January reservation!
