Annual Passholder website- Problems??

I have tried several times to log on to the AP website just like in the past but I cannot get it to work. I am putting the info in just like before...is this happening w/ anyone else out there??
 
Keep getting the following error messge: You have entered an invalid ID number. Please re-enter a valid Pass or exchange certificate ID number in the designated spaces below :confused3
 
DITTO!!! I thought it was just me because I've been bad mouthing them lately...:rotfl2:
 
Whew...glad to know it's not just me!! :) Wonder how we can let Disney know about this?? I will probably just give them a call tomorrow and let them know...it's probably a computer glitch!

The layout for inputting the numbers (particularly for the vouchers) is no very intuitive, I would call the passholders number and see if they can walk you through it or so they know there is a real probelem

I can't even get to where it allows you to enter the information. Every time I try to click the passholder section, it says there are connecting problems, or you may have to allow cookies, or their system is having problems. Made sure there are not connecting problems, verified I am allowing cookies, but still haven't been able to get on. I called to see if there was anything yet for April before making my 3 free days reservation and mentioned the problem, but I think to get anything done someone would have to talk to internet support.
