Annual Passholder Upgrading Question

I currently have a Southern California Select (SCS) Pass, but due to the days that we will be attending, we'll need to upgrade to the Southern California (SC). We also plan on doing the monthly payment plan for this upgrade (our current SCS pass was paid in full). My questions are...

1) What will I need to pay to upgrade? I emailed Disney and was so confused with the CM's reply. She told me that I needed to pay the price of the SC pass, plus the difference between the two - is this correct?

2) From what I understand, my renewal date is still the date of my original Passholder purchase date, correct?

3) Where can we upgrade?

You cannot do the monthly payment plan for the upgrade. From Disneyland's site:
"Can I upgrade my Annual Passport under the Monthly Payments option?
Upgrades must be paid in full at the time of the upgrade transaction and cannot be added to a Monthly Payments contract...."

As for the amount, you will have to pay the different between what you paid for the SCS pass you currently have and the price of the SC pass you want to get.

Yes.

At either the AP processing center or a ticket booth
