Annual Passholder (an ARGGHHHH!) question

I just got back from Disney World. I purchased annual passes for a few of us in the family. Upon returning to Nashville, I can't seem to find MY annual pass (I think I mistakenly threw it away instead of an old Soarin fast pass- one of those I can't believe I did this mistakes).... I called and was told to go to Guest Services and that they can get me a new one. This sounds pretty easy, so I am wondering- Is this true? Is there a charge? I have searched my stuff up and down, sideways, backwards, etc... In case anyone is needing anything- I have 8 old key to the world cards, an expired Soarin' fastpass, a empty floss container, and a rolled up map of EPCOT, just not MY annual pass..... I know this is the codes board, but annual passholders seem to frequent this part.
Thanks for any information.

They are correct. All you have to do is take your driver's license and they will give you a new AP right away. It's really easy!! Hang on that floss container.... you may need it to store your AP in when you get the new one :thumbsup2

Thanks sooo much for the information! I appreciate it!
Am I able to go to any of the parks' guest service offices? The CM on the phone mentioned going to Downtown Disney, but I thought I would probably be able to go to any of the parks?

Will consider the floss container :)

Any park will work. As pp said, it will be very easy to replace with ID.

I always take a photo of the number (and then memorize) so that I can use it to enter passholder site online.

Yes there are two guest services DTD as well - but all the parks would work too.

Just one word -- if you have a name that can be messed up by a space - they might have a hard time - our last name is (pretend) OlGirl. So my husband forgot to bring his this last trip and they could not find it anywhere in the system -- they finallly found it through the credit card I purchased it by - apparently they spelled it Ol Girl or OLLgirl or something like that and it didn't match up with his license. In addition we all buy ours at different times of the year so he couldn't find the purchase tied in with mine or my daughters.
