Annual Passes?????

When did UO get rid of the Annual Passes for those not living in FL??? First time I have been on the UO site in quite a while and I found that the only links to Annual Passes were for Florida residents. I had my Preferred Pass for years, even though I live in Kansas, becuase we made at least one long trip, many times two, per year. Since the recession, I haven't made it back and let my pass lapse. But now, I would like to start it again, but I can't find any information on the website to renew it or buy a new one.
Can anybody help?

Thanks! The recession is finally over for me and I was finally going to be able to get my pass again. Just a little panic attack
