hi all

i have just booked my 4th trip to DLP for this weekend! :yay:

i have some questions to ask about the annual passes and wondered if anyone can help?

i did a bit of research and found out that theres 3 types of annual passes - proximity (for residents of france only?), fantasy and dream. me and my bf are thinking of getting the 'fantasy' one and i think they're approx £94 each (129 euros?)

i wanted to purchase one in advance, but i couldnt find any info on how to purchase one. (i dont think its even possible actually, as im from the UK). when i arrive at DLP, do i just go to the normal ticket booths to purchase the annual pass?

has anyone purchased one recently, if so, i would appreciate any info you can give me!

oh and one more question... i paid £282 (£141 per person) for DLP, that includes standard class eurostar (direct trains) and 2 nights stay at the kyriad hotel inc breakfast... did i get ripped off or is it considered a good/reasonable deal? hehe just curious :P

thanks in advance :)
Tina

We've always purchased our AP's at DLP.
Easiest option is head for guest services booths which are at the right heading towards Disneyland Hotel entrance.
You can purchase a temporary passport which you then exchange at the AP bureau for the real thing :)

On the sponsor thread you could post up a request looking for a sponsor. You will then get an additional 10% off the price of your passport :goodvibes

The cheapest pass- Francilien - can be bought by anyone not just residents of France but cant be used on 2nd and 3rd day after purchase. Because of this it is mainly bought by locals however is a good option if anyone is planning a few days out to head into Paris etc.
We are buying this for our son at Easter whan we go as we are in France for a week before we arrive at Disney so are going for a day at the beginning of the holiday to buy it then by the time we arrive properly the 2nd and 3rd days are over.

The other thing to be careful of is the blackout days for Francilien and Fantasy passes. There are a list of dates on DLRP magic site

When we bought our APs in October we paid in full at the normal ticket booths (the queues there were shorter than for the guest services booths) and then headed for the AP office in the Park with our receipt and within minutes our photos were taken and we had our permanent passes.:yay:

thanks for all your replies!

i will have a look in the sponsership thread to see if anyone can sponser me :)
