Annual Passes - some info please?!

I've read somewhere that if ONE person in your party has an annual pass you can get all the benefits like free parking etc and I've just got a couple of questions......

Does it have to be an adult pass or will a child pass get you the same benefits? And is there a comprehensive list of what the benefits actually are?

Where can I find out about cost etc?

I think a child's pass will get the same benefits as an adult pass.

The AP discounts are only out through 2/11 I believe - hopefully March and April will be shortly - I'll keep checking as we are hoping to get some good rates come March

There is a VERY comprehensive listing concerning Annual Passports at

It gives prices and answers to almost all AP related questions. It also lists all the benefits.

Two important notes:

1. If you have a Disney Club card, it will expire December 31, 2003. If you want to get a discounted AP you must order it before the Club dies.

2. Many of the benefits are shown for the calendar yeaar. The listing at AllEars currently has only the 2003 benefits, they are subject to change on January 1.

If you are not renewing an annual pass, and purchase a voucher either by mail or from the Disney Store the year will start the day you trade the voucher for the pass itself. If you buy the pass itself at one of the Parks it will start that day. If you are renewing an AP, to get the discount the renewal must be within 30 days (either side) of the expiration date, and it will be valid for one year from the original expiration date.
