Hi,

Was just wondering if anyone could help with a few AP question.

We are going 27-07-12 to 10/08/12 and 19/07/13 to 02/08/13

Are we better off buying annual passes in 2012 and using them on the second week of our hol so they will be vaild for 2013? I assume if we bought them on 03/08/12 they would expire on 02/08/13?

Any advice would be appreciated as this is new to us..... we are looking at Disney, Seaworld with Aquatica and US and IOA. I know we are not going to be able to get AP's for all but which will be the better value? also DD will be 9 when we go in 2012 and 10 in 2013 where do we stand with tickets (she is very small for her age, do they ask for id?)

Sorry to waffle............hope you can help as you have been very helpful with my plan so far.

Emma:thumbsup2

As far as I know the seaworld and universal tickets are good for 366 days I know for sure it that for seaworld as I got mine on on October 29th 2010 and it expires on October 30th 2011 will have too look up what date my universal one expires... I don't know anything about disney ones but someone else will answer that :goodvibes ... I find them worth it as you get free parking included in tickets and % off food and shopping in parks ect :)

We just bought our Disney annual passes on 1st May and they expire 1st May 2012, the massive benefit with the disney pass is the free parking, it saves a fortune.

We always try to do 2 visits in a year as annual passes save a lot. When we went to universal recently we upgraded our tickets to annual passes which also saved u's a lot.

As far as your DD pass you buy when she is 9 and it lasts a year so not a problem :)

Hi,

Either way it looks like you will be short by a week on your Disney passes. I'm not sure what the best thing to do is tbh.

With the Seaworld passes, we bought AP's and there was 3 months extra free so keep your eyes open for deals like that.

We found the Universal tickets the least value for money out of all of them. They charge you for parking the first time you go in, and unless you are visiting more than 4 times on the AP it isn't much cheaper than buying the usual types of tickets. We did find that you can use it for discounts on just about everything and everywhere though which was a bonus.

When we went to universal for the first time with our annual pass My husband dropped me off at the guest drop off I went up and activated the pass came back came back down and we then parked without having to pay for the parking it took less than 15 minutes too do :)

If you are going to buy 2 different annual passes you could buy one park say seaworld ect on week 1 then the 2nd week buy universal disney ect that way you will have parks to go to both holidays and not have any weeks without parks :)
