When can I use my annual pass for a discount? I heard there are only a few rooms per resort that the A.P rates apply. When can I apply my rate or when do they get published. Does this question make sense?

Two best things to do is visit Mary's site here and visit the DIS Resort Board, here. Question makes sense and again, just visit those and make yourself familiar with the workings of WDW discount resort pricing, no real rhyme or reason usually.
