Annual Pass w/ DDP

I've got a question im planning on buying into the DVC and so id get an annual pass but my question is can you buy the dining plan seperate with out the park admission since ill have an annual pass since the dining plan is a good deal?

As a DVC member you can get the dining plan without buying a package. You can't get the free dining, though, just at the regular price. You pay for it when you check in.
