Annual pass voucher redemption?

I just recieved my annual pass vouchers in the mail today (yay, did a dance of joy in the front yard) and have a quick question...

It says on the voucher/card you can exchange at Epcot, HS, AK and at the Trans. and Ticket center at MK......What about at the guest relations window outside of MK to the side of the turnstyles? I really dont want to have to go from the resort to the Trans and Ticket center to do this, as MK is always the first place we go.
