We are visiting the parks this weekend, and would like to upgrade our Deluxe APs to Premium APs, as this weekened in blocked out.

Where can I do this outside of the park, and will the upgrade cost be eligible for the monthly payment plan?

You can do it at the ticket booths. And maybe Guest Services. And sadly, no, when you upgrade you will have to pay the difference between the two AP, in full. Your original payments will however continue (unless you upgrade to the Premiere AP) I had to pay the difference last year when I upgraded from one of the So Cal ones to the Deluxe. The CM even gave me a hard time about you should buy the AP you think you will need and not do an upgrade. :confused3I explained to him that when I bought the AP my DD was in year round school. Then our school district changed to traditional and we were blocked out on her days off.

Oh, and one more thing, there had been a price increase since I had bought my So Cal. AP. I had to discuss with them, at length, the fact that I should only have to pay the difference between what the 2 AP now cost, or what the difference was when I had first bought my AP. It took some doing but the lead did issue me a credit for the difference in the price increase. So this year when I got our AP and I didn't know what DD's school schedule would be I decided to get the Deluxe from the start. Then I saw that it was only $20-$30 difference between Deluxe with parking and Premium so this time we got Premiums. Wouldn't you know it, DD starts 7th grade with a year round schedule this year. Off in June, Oct, and Jan. Oh well, next year I will get the cheaper So Cal. AP

Have fun this weekend. And keep cool, it's going to be a scorcher! :sunny:

Dubb, you will want to do your upgrade as soon as possible in your visit because of the additional discounts available with the premium compared to the deluxe.

Also, if you are driving to the Park and do not have parking on your Deluxe, ask for a receipt when you pay for parking. Bring it with you on the day you upgrade to your Premium. Since the Premium includes parking, you should get credited for the parking you paid for that day. :goodvibes

WOW! I would consider that a major dose of pixie dust. Technically you should have paid the difference between the current cost of the pass you want to upgrade to and the price that you paid. Yay for pixie dust! :wizard:
