Annual Pass runs out with ap rate on room?

Wondering, Our AP runs out half way through our trip, and we are going on a AP discount. I have extra "old" tix we can use, for the remaining part of trip & even have vouchures for our next ap's. But, will disney accept this for check in with my discount? I am hoping not to activate my ap's and hope to save them for a fall trip getting an extra half year out of them. { getting a better start date than march}.

My guess is you shouldn't have a problem. We have done so where our AP expried on the last day of some visits.

Since you pay the balance for the room on check-in (or 45 days in advance if it's a package), it shouldn't be a problem.
